At IKONiX we understand that your bills should be straight forward, easy to understand and most importantly correct. From time to time you may have a charge that appears out of line with your normal billing cycle and warrants further investigation. By allowing you to log in directly to your account, you have access to fully itemised billing designed to help organisations communicate and collaborate with all of their stakeholders.The Cloud portal Button gives immediate access to the Ericsson-LG portal should you wish to make any changes to your current set up.
Mobile Portal – if Ikonix are managing your mobiles through our own billing platform, you can manage your own mobile fleet, giving you access to: Add a Bar > Remove a Bar > Request A sim change > Raise a general support query > View the status of requests > View current usage > Download calls
